Easy-Digits provides custom address numbers, plaques, and related signage for residential and commercial customers. Products are personalized based on your specifications (such as materials, finishes, and sizes).
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
All orders are custom-made and production begins after confirmation and payment. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Taxes and shipping costs will be shown at checkout.Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
4. Production & Shipping
Standard production time is 7–10 business days, but may vary depending on customization and order volume. Orders are shipped via reliable carriers (such as Canada Post or couriers) to the shipping address you provide. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Because all products are made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production begins, except where required by law. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you on a resolution.
