When will I receive my house numbers?
We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Please allow approximately 7-10 business days to process your order before it ships. Please remember to not include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated time for your shipment.
How will my House Numbers be Shipped?
Orders are shipped through Canada Post Expedited Parcel service
Do I pay Sales Taxes on my Order?
Yes. Canadian Provincial Sales Tax (PST) or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), where applicable, is applied to your order at checkout.
What's included in my House Numbers Order?
All Easy Digits Addresses come with a hold pattern, 3/16″ threaded pins, and 1/2″ acrylic spacers. Please refer to our Installation Guide for step-by-step instructions. You can always call or email us for extra assistance. We love to help!
What about Wrong or Damaged Items?
We check every item for quality before we ship it out. If you find a problem with the quality of your order, let us know. Inspect your shipment thoroughly upon arrival. Keep all original packing materials. To process a claim for a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 10 days from the date of delivery. Report any damaged or incorrect items at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What's Your Return Policy?
Due to the custom nature of every order, all purchases are final and non-returnable. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival and report any wrong or damaged items with 10 days.
